Celebration of life details from April’s Facebook post today…
Hello friends and family! Many of you have asked about Jeremy’s arrangements. If you knew him well, you know he would never want a “funeral.” Not his style at all. Jeremy was always the life of the party. He was so much fun. The week before his passing, he told the baseball coach to please not schedule a baseball tournament on the third weekend in October. He was at 99% of the kids sporting events but said he would be watching the Tennessee/Alabama game that weekend. So we will be throwing the biggest, best party that I never ever wanted to have to throw. Jeremy’s Celebration of Life will be October 19th at Rizzi’s in Arlington. If you knew Jeremy, you also know that besides his family and friends, Jeremy lived for football, pizza, and cold beer. Naturally, they still haven’t announced the game time for that day. Originally, I asked JC if he thinks everyone should wear orange. He made a great point, Jeremy liked talking about all sports and all teams and knew quite a bit. So…

GO VOLS
We lost a good one yesterday. Jeremy was the life of the party, a guaranteed laugh till you cried, just an all around great guy. I’m still in shock. We set this up to support April and her family as they navigate through these challenging days and manage the unexpected expenses that come with this loss. She did not want us to do this, but we insisted. There are so many things she has to think of right now, and not having to think about money will help greatly.
I will update as I know more details regarding Jeremy’s service/memorial. Please keep this family in your prayers.
