Extra expenses for the Weaver family

Derek and Ashley Weavers 16 year old son, Brent Weaver, was involved in a single car crash on the afternoon of Friday June 18th on County Road 64. He suffered a broken left clavicle and significant brain trauma. After being in critical but stable condition for about 18 hours, his brain began to swell and he had to have emergency brain surgery and surgeons had to remove part of his skull on the right side to relieve some of the pressure. Brent is currently recovering in the Surgical ICU at USA Trauma Center in a coma and we can only pray and wait at this time.

We do not know the outcome of this ordeal but we do know that WHEN Brent pulls through there will be a long wrong ahead of him and his family.

Anyone that knows Derek and Ashley Weaver know that they are two hard working amazing people that will give the shirts off their back for anyone. With that being said they will not be able to continue working their full time job's while they are trying to be by Brent side's, and will need to take some time off. They will be needing to take leave and there is only so much paid time off people can take.

They have so much to think about right now and the last thing they need to worry about is bills, food and gas money.
