My name is Zachary Osborne. I was diagnosed with esophageal adenocarcinoma cancer in February and also went through sepsis from a procedure complication. I have gone through chemo and radiation. I have now been diagnosed terminal and am starting therapy to prolong my life for at least a few years. I have 6 children and a wife. We are trying holistic medicine as well and can’t afford the monthly payments. I also want my family to have money saved for if the time comes that I pass.
