Extend Madonna's Life with Your Help

Madonna my fluffy best friend ! Everyone who has met Madonna loves her ! She’s the sweetest and nicest cat ever ! Even dog people love Madonna! Madonna is such a pre Madonna . She’s a materialistic girl! I adopted Madonna about 9/10 years ago. I was going through a difficult time in my life. I needed my own companion. I went to the animal shelter, I walked through the whole shelter. I didn’t see any cat I liked . She was the last one and when I saw her I knew she was the one . It was love at first site. She’s everything I’ve ever wanted in a cat, I knew I had to get her. I adopted her when there was an adoption special “2 cats for only $12”. I brought her home she immediately got along with everyone even a big giant fluffy pitbull. Since then we have moved from apartment to apartment. You can say I was a nomad. She was with me through all my tough times. She was the one who was always there for me! She helped

me keep my head out of water. You can say she saved my life ! She helped me root my feet. She gets along with all animals and people. She is so beautiful inside and out. I was going through a heartbreak. I was running out of options and resources. I decided to move back to Massachusetts to be with my immediate family. I wasn’t going to move without my Madonna ! I traveled in my car with her, a litter box, and all my things from Florida to Massachusetts. Soon after I adjusted to my surroundings in New England. I started a family who was allergic to my cat . I was devastated but my GMA came to the rescue and took care of her. Now she is my Gmas best friend - companion. They live together just the two of them. Gma would say there is no cat like my cat. Nothing like coming home to a happy cat to greet you. That $12 turned into thousands of dollars. With age Madonna ended up really sick. Which by the way 10 years isn’t thaaat old for a cat. She started being allergic to chicken cat food and getting hives. She infamously survived swallowing a sewing needle. Now she has a disease The name is Immune Mediated Hemolytic Anemia. It means her body mistakes her red blood cells for foreign invaders and destroys them. When her red blood cells go down her organs don’t get any oxygen and start to die . She was doing great on Prednisone a steroid but being on it in the long run can be fatal. We would do surgery but that would cost a million bucks and who knows if that will even work. We cut down the Prednisone and she didn’t take that to swell. Raised the prednisone again and found glucose in her urine which is low class diabetic. She needs to take bexacat now an insilin substitute. Going to replace the prednisone with Cyclosporine. As of now Madonna must go to the vet every Monday costing $100s of dollars of blood work. It’s all so very expensive. Our pet insurance is running out. We would like to extend her life a little more. Between my gma and I we need a little help!!! Please and thank you. I’ve already lost my dog this year please help my gma and I with Madonna !!
