A person with Hemiparesis is a condition characterized by weakness on one side of the body. He needs assistance with medical expenses. In his current condition, he needs to have dialysis done every day; if not, it's life-threatening for him. Previously, the government was providing the water for dialysis, but now they want him to get it directly sourced from medical stores, which is way too expensive for him to afford on a daily basis.
