Hi, I'm Tiffani Lewis , and have known Carlos for 27 years in Malibu. For over 30 years, Carlos Ochoa and his family have lovingly tended to gardens and properties in Malibu and Carbon Canyon, bringing beauty to countless homes. Sadly, the recent devastation of the Palisades Fire has left all five of Carlos' clients without homes, resulting in the loss of his livelihood.
