My High School Drama teacher, David Jeffery, has recently been diagnosed with stage 3-4 non-Hodgkins lymphoma and is now 2 weeks in an 18 week regimen of chemo.
David and his family are being financially stressed with this and other unfortunate challenges for which they are being bankrupted.
On the plus side David maitains his wit and exclaims that "it's sure giving me lots of opportunity to flaunt my macabre sense of humour!"
David has been a huge mentor for me as well as many others in helping us believe in our dreams. I ask those who had Mr. Jeffery as a mentor, to help him financially and show David that we now believe in him to be healthy again.
