Many children today don’t know how to manage their emotions like shame, disappointment or anxiety which often show up as tantrums, anger, or silence....
But the issue isn’t theirs alone — parents, caregivers, and teachers seldom received emotional education themselves, and that gap affects families, schools, and entire communities.
At You Are IT!, we offer practical and research-based tools so that children, teens, parents, and educators across Latin America can learn to identify, understand, and manage their emotions.
We do this through the Academia IT!, an online platform with interactive modules focused on emotional wellbeing, healthy tech habits, and effective communication.

- Offer virtual group sessions for emotional support and guidance
