Help for Laura Brooke

Laura Brooke needs our help. She’s fighting a battle with cancer and putting her dream of being a nurse on hold. After having major surgery, she was diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer, stage 1 uterine cancer, and a positive for cancer in one area of her lymph nodes. She faces 6 chemo treatments at UCSF and radiation treatments after chemo is completed. The Oncologist is hopeful that treatments will kill any remaining cancer cells.
     Laura has dedicated her life to helping others, and now we can help her. Her compassion and strength are an inspiration to us. For twelve years she’s worked with the most fragile in our community. She always goes the extra mile for them and speaks about them in the most loving way. She tries to make life easier for them. Now we want to do that for her. We’re hoping we can take away some of her worries by helping her raise money for medical expenses and travel costs for treatments. Each trip to UCSF will mean hotels, parking and gas. Her medical bills are already arriving.
     We would appreciate it if you would consider helping her fight her battle. The love and support she has been shown have meant so much to her.
