My name is Emmet, and I’m an independent filmmaker based in New York City. I’ve always been passionate about music and storytelling, and recently, I discovered a hardcore punk band called Abism that completely changed the way I see both. Their raw energy, powerful message, and unique sound resonated with me on a deep level. I knew right away that their story deserved to be shared with a wider audience, and that’s what inspired me to create this experimental documentary.

This film is more than just a portrait of a band—it’s an exploration of the underground punk scene in New York, the creative process, and the impact that music can have on our lives.

I plan to begin shooting by the end of next month and have the film edited and distributed by the end of march.
