Important operation to ease pain

Over the past 4 or so years however, I have been getting up and going out to work each morning in severe pain. 

As you can imagine the fix isn't cheap. But it got so bad that I didn't have a choice. 

I saw some doctors and we decided that surgery was my only option. 

I was thrilled it could be fixed. But at what cost.

Well, almost $5k after insurance and 6 to 8 weeks minimum with no work/income. 

So needless to say the fore coming won't be easy. 

If you are in a position to help a man out it would be greatly appreciated and almost certainly the favor would be returned if the opportunity ever arose.
