expenses with housing UC DAVIS

hello. my name is noelle beck. my daughter is alani. she is my 1 month old girl and we are currently admitted to uc davis hospital unexpectedly. i noticed she was having some breathing spells where she would stop breathing and not regain her breath until being stimulated. this lasted about a week until tuesday night where these episodes became more consistent and serious. i then scheduled an appointment with her pediatrician with barton in south lake tahoe where they noticed her heart rate was irregular. they then admitted us to barton hospital where she was monitored in the ER. her oxygen levels then became low as these breathing episodes occurred. they then sent us down to UC davis wednesday night to the ER. we were under observation in the pediatric ER when they then admitted us to the NICU. she is now hooked up to oxygen , and iv for fluids and nutrients and feeding tube. all heart rate monitors and oxygen levels being monitored. she is undergoing numerous tests to get to the bottom of what is causing this. this is the most i can explain as of now due to this being hard on us all with my family and not knowing the underlying cause to her to stop breathing.
i am asking for help for housing and food here as i was not able to plan ahead with money as this all happened within a day. you are not able to sleep in the room at the NICU, as i did not know that. the options of housing places they have that are accommodations for this hospital have a wait list and no availability at the moment. i will be needing to find a hotel close by where i can be by the hospital to come be with her everyday. i don’t not know how long we will be here. and there will be medical expenses later on but that will be another situation i will need to figure out.
