Expenses related to Tony's heart transplant

Hi Everyone my name is Samantha , I am Tony's daughter and thought it may be a good idea to start this to help elveate the stress on any expenses related to dad and Jean's stay in Toronto while waiting for his heart transplant.

Tony was diagnosed with a congenital heart disease over 20 years ago and has been fighting for his life ever since . His wonderful wife has been by his side throughout the entire process and has had to take on a full time care giver role as time as progressed and his health deteriorated. This caused her to have to retire early as he needed 24 hour care . The past couple of years they have had many stays at the health science center that have ranged from a week to months trying to receive care . In the most recent trip Tony was transfered to Toronto General Hospital where he was placed on a list for a heart transplant . This has been a long time coming but has set a whole nother set of issues regarding the expenses of maintaining both their home in Botwood , nl and a apartment in Toronto while he awaits this life changing procedure and after for what could be a long recovery . As well as having to travel back and forth to the hospital for regular appointments. They have a large support system to help see them though the mental and emotional struggles they will face but need some financial support . I'm asking that you please share this with anyone you may know to help them get the support they need . No donation is too small , they are very appreciative of all and any support .
