Hi, my name is Casi and I’m a close family friend of Anna Irwin and Sammy Anders. These two were in a horrific accident May 30, and car insurance will only go so far. Samantha(16) died on impact and was pronounced dead on the scene. Anna was taken by care flight to Miami Valley where she was in critical condition. She had extensive injuries including: epidural hematoma, skull base fracture, multiple facial fractures, dislocated and broken clavicle, tib/fib fracture in her right leg, and broken ribs. I’m hoping to help ease the burden of funeral expenses, medical costs, and any time off family members will need to take in the upcoming days/weeks. Any bit helps, no matter how much or how little.
