Hello my name is Logan,

I'm creating a gofundme to help with the expenses for my mom's hospital stay and possible funeral and memorial expenses. Make this very short, she had a massive brain hemorrhage and a massive stroke on Wednesday January 24, 2024 at home. She's been in the hospital with major brain damage. She had some improving days as in moving hands and opening eyes. Lately she won't respond to them so she was put into palliative care. We're just preparing for the worst and we're praying she'll have a big improvement of surviving. We've been up in Fargo seeing her everyday and it's very heartbreaking. I'll update this when things change or needed to be added.

Update 2/2/24 her breathing is becoming less and no responses but she can't physically see and hear us.

Update 2/7/24 we talked to her case manager and they have a room at Hospice House where they moved her into today. She's still in a coma and her breathing is sort of getting normal at times until there's long pauses then she'll start breathing again. We've been talking to her just incase she can hear us bur she hasn't been moving or opening her eyes lately.

She's been a very strong woman all of her life and she was very funny, hilarious, and the kindest person to anyone she came across.

Update 2/17/24

We've been visiting mom almost everyday and she's been looking like she's been comfortable and sometimes needed pain meds for pain though we wouldn't know I'd she was in pain. Her breathing pattern has changed from normal to abnormal breathing with apnea at times then she'd start breathing again and moving her left arm too. This morning we were informed that her breathing has gotten worse and the nurse from Hospice House called my dad to tell him that with her breathing changes, she may have upto 48 hours to live. We're going to Fargo to go visit and be with her. This has been extremely hard on all of us. Please pray for all of us and thank you!

Update 2/18/24 We were on our way to Fargo and Hospice called and informed us that she passed away. We all still drove to see her and give her our last goodbyes.
