Expenses for Greg Nash’s Fight Against Cancer

Hi, my name is Aaron Nash and I’m raising money for my father, Greg Nash, and my family to help cover expenses and medical bills for his long fight with Cholangiocarcinoma. This is a very rare and aggressive form of cancer of the liver with fewer than 20,000 cases per year being diagnosed.

Greg has had a tough road with a year of chemotherapy and an experimental Y-90 surgery in Portland. The fight has been difficult and the tumors have multiplied several times since he was first diagnosed and began this journey.

William Gregory Nash is a 66 year old male from Toledo, OR who is also a United States military veteran and has worked blue collar jobs for his entire life. Greg was formerly the co-owner and head chef at the infamous Newport Cafe in Newport, OR and brought many good memories as well as an amazing food menu and chowder recipe to the people of the Oregon Coast for at least a decade.

Our family is grateful and appreciative of any help we can get moving forward with upcoming funeral/burial costs and other expenses related to my father’s final days. His grandchildren and I are here at his home every day of the week with hospice and his roommate Joyce presently, and I am currently on 3 months paid leave making less than half my normal income to help care for my dad and to help make his last days on this earth comfortable for him. We could really use any help we can get.
