Trooper Don Appleman and his wife lost their 23 year old daughter. She took her own life on the morning of 9/24/2021. This loss comes right after Trooper Appleman's return to work after fighting a seven-week bout of serious Covid symptoms which had him hospitalized and restricted to minimal activity at home. The Appleman’s are a single income family who were financially burdened from the seven-week loss of overtime and hospital bills. They still have 3 children at home and will now have additional financial expenses from moving their daughter's remains from Kansas, funeral and burial arrangements and moving her personal property from her home in Nebraska. All Proceeds will go to his family to assist with the moving, funeral and all other expenses related to this event.
