Stand with Lorrie: From Disability to Stability

Hi, I’m Lorrie and last August I shattered my left foot. I was unable to work and out on disability for over half a year.

I’ve recently been diagnosed with a neurological disorder which has been limiting my ability to work full time. I don’t have any sick or vacation time and i can’t go back on disability. I’d lose my job.

recently, my clinical depression has worsened and I am currently not working at all. I’ve been waiting for treatment options for months and have been ignored or misdiagnosed often over the last five years.

I need some help making ends meet until I can work again. I anticipate that happening by September.

I am a divorced mother of two. One of my daughters has autism and needs lifelong care. She cannot provide for herself. I successfully beat breast cancer at 45. I lost my father to COVID on April 10th, 2020.

Any money donated will go to basic needs such as food, shelter, childcare for my disabled daughter and medical bills.
