**UPDATE: Back in the hospital**

This fundraiser is to help my family through some hard times & to allow dad to take some Family Medical Leave of Absence. 

My oldest baby was 8 weeks premature and had her first open heart surgery when she was only 1 week old. We spent 4 months in the NICU where we watched her not only recover from an extensive surgery but also watched her recover from a stroke, watched her fail to eat and require a feeding tube among other things.

She had her 2nd open heart surgery (unexpectedly) at 9 months old. We went in for a mere cath lab where things seemed fine. Time kept passing and they finally pulled us back to tell us she had a pulmonary hemorrhage that stunned her heart and caused her to go into cardiac arrest for 10 mins and 13 seconds.

Since she came into our lives we have weekly appointments with specialist and therapists.

We also have 2 more little ones that require extra attention, but not as severe.

Due to all of this I have been unable to return to work. I have been unable to find a job willing to work with my schedule that is required for her to survive & catch up.

We have chosen not to use her picture just to protect her. 

As of November 16th, 2021 she has been re-admitted into the hospital for more extensive treatments & will be coming home with a PICC line which is a central IV.
