Expansion of Purley Mosque
As-Salamu Alaiykum dear family and friends and our brothers and sisters in Islam!
Further to announcements made in Purley Masjid during Taraweeh and Jumu'ah Last year, we are pleased to let you know that we will be planning to *re-build the Masjid*. Please see the following preliminary images from the appointed Architects. The plan is to build 4 floors up and one floor down- total *6 floors*, In Sha Allah.
At present it is a small church hall and there is very little room for women, expansion is extremely necessary to make this Masjid serve our community the way we intend inshallah.
Our overall target is to *raise £1.5 million* Inshallah, and Alhamdullilah we are one of the 104 Brothers and Sisters who have signed up to become *Fundraising Ambassadors*, whereby we will be given a Fundraising Pack to raise money from friends and family.
Our target is £5000 inshallah!
