Expanding My Practice, Enriching My Teaching

Hello, I'm Melanie, a full-time yoga teacher in the Northshore of Chicago. To continue expanding my knowledge and bring even more to my students, I'm planning a two-week Ashtanga practice and adjustment intensive in Miami this June with the renowned Kino MacGregor and Tim Feldmann. This will be the first of three trips focused on my growth as a student and teacher that I hope to make. I am reaching out for your support to help facilitate my next steps on my journey.

Kino and Tim, founders of the world-wide recognized Miami Life Center, have dedicated their lives to Ashtanga and its philosophy. They travel the globe sharing their experience and vast knowledge. Having practiced with Tim since 2011 and with Kino in the past year, I deeply value their unparalleled experience and understanding. I know this intensive will significantly enrich my practice and teaching. I'm excited to bring back a deeper understanding and refined techniques to share with my students in the Northshore.

Ashtanga has profoundly shaped my life, offering tools for positive change over the last decade, which I am passionate about sharing. As a full-time teacher, my resources for continuing education are limited. I am hoping to raise $5,000 to cover tuition, travel, and accommodation costs for this invaluable opportunity.
