I am Sade Stigger, founder and CEO of CORE 4 Learning. I have over 12 years experience working with children as a Resource Specialist turned entrepreneur. I took on the rewarding challenge of rebuilding special education programs in four schools located in underrepresented communities. By implementing innovative strategies and advocating for equitable resources, my former team and I have helped transform these programs into inclusive and supportive environments for students of all abilities. As our program implementation grew more successful, I gradually transitioned from the classroom to a consulting role, which posed a dilemma as I longed to work with my students. Fueled by my dedication to fostering children's overall growth, I embarked on a new entrepreneurial journey. I started my own business with the primary focus of building confidence in young individuals. Recognizing the vital role confidence plays in a child's overall growth, CORE 4 Learning offers comprehensive programs that holistically address their needs, ensuring they thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. I could not do this work on my own and I am grateful for the push of my dear friend and mentors along the way. Today, my business stands as a testament to my unwavering commitment to empowering children. Through personalized coaching, tailored interventions, and evidence-based approaches, our team continues to make a positive impact on the lives of countless young learners.
CORE 4 Learning provides private educational services, virtually and in-person, to children aged 3-18, in small groups (of 4) or individuals settings, promoting collaboration and hands-on learning. Our tutoring services complement and extend the learning that takes place in school, aiming to foster independent thinking and learning skills in students. In addition, our homeschool covers six subjects- reading, writing, math, science, history, language, and physical education- and establishes foundational skills, while preparing students for their transition to middle school. Lastly, our counseling services assist our adolescent youth in understanding themselves and the world around them by building communication skills through public speaking.
We are reaching out to solicit funding to enrich our homeschool curriculum by broadening the spectrum of courses offered to our students. Each contribution, after deducting Go Fund Me processing fees, will be specifically designated to support our groundbreaking inaugural international educational excursion to Costa Rica in March 2025, paving the way for future transformative experiences.
