Olivia Williams ❤️
For those of you who knew Liv knows she was the kind of person to bring light to the room and laughter to a bad situation. She was the kind of friend many would have wished to have.
Olivia had epilepsy from a young age, and it was part of her life, but she never let it define her. She lived her life to the fullest, had many friends and always had a positive demeanour to life. Sadly Olivia went to sleep one night and didn’t wake up. Liv taught me many things in life and although this is a lesson I’ll never be able to wrap my head around. She taught me how special life is.
I was one of the very lucky people who got to be a part of olivia’s life, and want to make her story knows and raise awareness for others who have epilepsy and are unaware of SUDEP. She’d be laughing at me now for saying this, but i’ll be running the Newport half marathon in April memory of Olivia.❤️❤️❤️
I'm raising money in aid of SUDEP Action and every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
More information about SUDEP Action: There are at least three epilepsy-related deaths a day in the UK. The majority are Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy (SUDEP). We care for the bereaved and work with families and professionals to make change. Using research and awareness, we strive to get the answers that will save lives.
