Exeter Roller Derby Needs Your Help

Hi, we are fundraising for Exeter Roller Derby, and Exeter Roller Derby Juniors. We are an inclusive, welcoming league, run voluntarily by members for members, catering for all ages 7 years and up.

We have core members, some of whom have been on the roller derby circuit for years, and others who have never played a competitive bout. We have a junior squad who are growing up with skating as a passion and a safe space to flourish. The love for roller derby runs through both training squads. For some it's a lifeline, a chance to get together with people of all different ages and backgrounds. A chance to escape every day life, and a chance to really improve overall health and wellbeing. But our numbers are down, and without enough people attending, we cannot afford to continue to train.

We need financial help to run a recruitment drive. We need flyers printed and other promotional material to get our club known in the wider community and gain more members.

Until we can secure new members, we really need help to cover hall costs and insurance.

Any and all donations, big or small will help us massively. Our target of £2000 will mean we can plan and implement a recruitment drive whilst securing our training venues.
