We're doing a GoFundMe account for our father who was in a horrible truck explosion. Our dad retired as an Executive Chef a year ago.
He missed his one great passion "cooking". He recently bought a food truck and was thrilled & proud to be back in the food business... More so now than ever,  his one dream.... a small business owner. 
However, things went astray Tuesday evening right before his  grand opening. He went to turn the valve on for the fryer, which exploded..... leaving him with 2and & 3rd degree burns on arms, hands and face.  We are uncertain if he will ever be able to cook again and the mobility to use his hands & arms. We're asking donations to help with bills, rehabilitation and the great loss of upcoming events cancelled due to this misfortune.
Cooking was his livelihood.
