Hi Everyone,

My name is Satria Knight and I am the 8th grade math teacher at Excel Academy Charter School in Chelsea. I am excited to share that I will be running the 2025 Boston Marathon to raise money for my school!

Money raised will support Excel Academy’s CAPS (College Access and Post-Secondary Success) Team and provide scholarships for students. This means that the students I am teaching now (as well as those from our other campuses) will have the support needed to ensure their continued success beyond a high school diploma.

I cannot speak highly enough of the students I have the privilege of teaching, and I am continuously inspired by their drive and perseverance. It is with gratitude and pride that I am representing our school. We push students to do hard things, so it is only fair that they see me doing something difficult myself!

I have seen remarkable growth and achievement occur at this school and I am beyond excited to see who these children become when they are older. Thank you for donating to support our students.
