Support for the Hernandez Family

For Joe Hernandez, his son Michael, and his family.

Our Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz family would like to ask for help for our fellow co-worker and friend, Joe Hernandez in our Parts Department. Joe has worked for Fletcher Jones for 21 years and with Mercedes for 35 years. Joe’s knowledge and willingness to help assist with fellow employees and with customers have proven that he is not only an awesome team player but he sincerely cares about HEMB’s reputation and making the customer feel valued and appreciated.

Joe’s 37 year old son Michael is currently in hospice care with Pancreatitis, end stage liver disease, his kidney's have shut down and has congestive heart failure and he needs our help! We are asking to help Joe, his son Michael and Joe’s 6 year old granddaughter cover medical and everyday expenses. Michael currently lives in Idaho and Joe is hoping to eventually bring him home, here to Henderson so Joe can make sure he gets all of the help he needs and to spend as much quality time as he can with Michael.

Joe is known to be someone who is dependable, honest, and trustworthy. Joe is always willing to step up and offer a helping hand when he sees someone in need no matter how busy he is. When employees are having a problem with a customer, so many times Joe is asked to step in to help de-escalate the situation and time and time again Joe accomplishes that goal and resolves the issue.
