It is with a heavy heart that we update everyone on the passing of Sergio Ruiz. Our beloved Sergio has transitioned to heaven, On: October 6th, 2025.

For those that knew Chompaz knew him as a giving, funny, loving, always lending out a helping hand. His laugh was so contagious he knew how to keep us entertained in a conversation. He has left an impact in all of our hearts.

At this time, our family is facing the emotional and financial strain of final arrangements. We want to give Sergio a heartfelt farewell he deserves. Funds from this campaign will go toward funeral services, burial costs, and memorial arrangement.
