Education For All

There are few things as vital and important as education. I call more than one place home, and one of those places is Accra, Ghana. Accra like many developing cities has many things going for it, however basic education for the majority of poor people is still a challenge. 

Kids study with no desks, sitting on the floor and on empty stomachs. Brilliant kids miss out on school and  college because their parents simply cannot afford fees and uniforms and stationery etc. If the next generation is not educated then the vicious cycle of poverty and despair cannot be broken. 

The Osu Educational Trust Fund is but one initiative we are instituting to address the problem. We will provide scholarships and bursaries and writing equipment and uniforms to children. We will take away the added stress so they can focus on being the best they can be. 

I urge you to search your heart and donate what ever you can afford. Nothing is too little in the fight against ignorance and illiteracy. I am fully confident your generousity will help in our efforts. All donors will receive thank you cards mailed directly to you.
