Helping Bali’s Dogs Survive with ongoing Care, Food & Medication
Hello, compassionate supporters,
Over the past year, this page has helped provide life-saving care to thousands of dogs in Bali suffering from mange, worms, infections, viruses, and severe malnutrition. With your support we have been able to provide medication, veterinary care, vaccinations, sterilisation, and thousands of meals to dogs who otherwise would have suffered or died on the streets.
However, the reality on the ground has changed.
In the past year the number of dogs we care for has doubled. What used to be manageable with around $5,000 per year now requires closer to $10,000 annually just to continue providing the same basic care.
Because of this, we are transitioning this page into an ongoing yearly fundraiser that helps us simply keep the dogs fed, medicated, and alive.
Our Current Goal
To continue operating through the end of this financial year, we need to raise $4,000 in the next four months (before the end of June).
These funds will go directly toward:
• Mange and worming treatments
• Flea/tick medications and antibiotics
• Emergency veterinary care
• Sterilisations and vaccinations
• Food for rescued and street dogs
• Basic supplies like cages, bowls, blankets, and transport to vets
What a Typical Year Looks Like
Last year alone we achieved:
• 344 dogs medicated
• 122 dogs sterilised
• 212 rabies vaccinations
• 77 C3 vaccinations
• Over 8,000 meals provided
And every month we continue treating dogs suffering from painful skin disease, infections, parasites, and starvation.
Why This Matters
Many dogs in Bali suffer simply because their owners cannot afford veterinary care, while thousands more live as strays with no one to help them.
A simple treatment for mange or worms alone can completely transform a dog’s life, stopping immense suffering for just a few dollars.
Without help, these dogs continue to deteriorate.
With help, they heal, regain strength, and often find loving homes.
Transparency
We keep detailed records of all donations and expenses and share updates, photos, and stories of the dogs helped. Donors are always welcome to see how their contributions are being used.
Our Mission
Our goal is simple:
Keep as many dogs as possible healthy, fed, sterilised, and out of suffering.
We cannot do this alone.
Every donation, no matter how small, helps us treat another dog, feed another hungry mouth, or get another animal to the vet.
Please Join Us
If you are able to contribute or share this campaign, you are directly helping save and improve the lives of Bali’s dogs.
Together we can continue this work and give these animals the care they deserve.
Thank you for your kindness and compassion.
