Above pictured is a beautiful family. A family that consists of a hardworking father, a loving mother, a spit fire, sharp as a tack two year old boy, and an extremely sweet three month old baby girl. 2015 started out nothing less than amazing for Tyler and Jessi. Not only were they enjoying their first year of marriage but they were also enjoying watching their son grow while expecting another beautiful child. Exciting things were happening for this family, Kenley arrived in July, the couple celebrated their first anniversary in September, and after much hard work and determination the family closed on their first house early November. Everything was great.

On Friday, November 6, 2015, The Crute Family’s joy and happiness were replaced with terror. Jessica was on the way to drop off her kids with a sitter and lost control of her vehicle. As she rounded a curve on Aarons Creek rd, the car left the hard surface and impacted with a tree head on. The results of the horrific accident left Jessi with a fractured hand, fractured pelvis, and 4 fractures in her lower back. It left Mckennon with a broken collarbone as well as a concussion. Fortunately by the Grace of God, Kenley was unharmed. They began medical treatment in Halifax but after a short time were transported to MCV in Richmond. Thankfully, Mckennon will soon be released to start the recovery process at home. At the moment it is unknown how long Jessi will have to undergo medical treatment, as she will have to undergo surgery as well as physical therapy.
The first thing this family needs is your prayers. This accident could have been much worse but thanks to our awesome God everyone’s life was spared. Please pray for Jessi as she heals physically and emotionally. Pray for the children’s healing and understanding. Keep Tyler in your prayers as he travels, and as he juggles managing work and the kids.
Secondly, with medical expenses, travel costs, meals, etc. piling up, the Crutes could use some financial support. With Jessi healing, Tyler is the only breadwinner. With her upcoming surgery, he is not going to leave his spouse to handle it alone and is taking a week off.
All prayer and support are very much appreciated by everyone. In time, this accident will be a small bump in the road for this family. With Gods help and yours we are certain that the Crutes will be able to recover and return to living their happily ever after.
Ultimately the Crutes are many things. Strong, Determined, Hardworking, but most of all the Crutes are loved. By reading this, praying, and donating we are able to show them how much they are loved and appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read this and please share on facebook!
