Just had a kidney transplant.  Need some assistance with bills, food, transport, lodging. Myself and at least one of my parents have to stay in the Burlington area for at least a month. I will be getting partial checks from work but they aren’t going to cover all my bills .

I don’t like asking for help but I know I need it this time. 

Please help if you can.
