Support a Family in Need During Recovery

Hello as most of you know My name is Kayla I’m a single mom with four kids Jaydin, Kameran, Matthew, and McKynlee. Recently I had an appointment with my OBGYN due to some issues I was experiencing from severe adenomyosis and I am now going in to have a hysterectomy and two weeks into my recovery I will be under going the radiation for my thyroid which together will have me out of work for about 4-6 weeks. During this time I will be getting Short term disability however it is only 66.67% of my base pay which isn’t enough to get me and my kids by. I am asking for some help to be able to cover the rest of my bills during this duration along with food and necessities for me and my four children.
