In Loving Memory of Evodio Rosas

The Cheesecake Factory of Hackensack, and the world, lost an incredible man on 4/19/23. Evodio Rosas has been a key part of our restaurant for 20 years and has been considered family to many of his coworkers throughout the years. Regardless of his ongoing health battles, he has been unconditionally committed to The Cheesecake Factory in Hackensack through his outstanding performance as a proud sauce cook and, previously, a five-star line cook. He brought so much joy to everyone he knew, with his strong (but loving) personality, and his incredible and unforgettable baking during holiday celebrations.

Evodio is survived by many loving friends and family, including his young daughter Mikaly. We want to raise funds to help ease his family's expense of funeral arrangements and to provide his daughter with basic needs for months or years to come, as she navigates through life without her father. Any amount, big or small, will be a significant help to Evodio's daughter. Evodio will be so missed by so many, and his memory will always be alive in all the lives he's touched.
