Any amount would be very helpful

Hi my nams is Dawn. For the past 3 years I've been suffering with severe health problems, epilepsy, heart problems and severe gastrointestinal problems. I have a lump in my lower intestines and problems with my pancreas and bowel. I need urgent surgery and have to go cross border for help. I am in severe pain every day and am desperate for help. We cannot afford medical help in another country and would be very grateful for any help. I will have to have an adult with me to take care of me while I travel and care for me before during and after my surgery. This will cost a lot as we have to cover travel costs and and hotels and of course not being able to work. I've already survived 3 years of chemotherapy and immunotherapy and 2 major surgeries. a full hysterectomy and a full reconstruction of my right kidney, I have only 30% kidney function in my left kidney, due to kidney failure. My body is jot strong enough for more chemo or immunotherapy so surgery is my only hope.That was hell for me and my family. I have 2 son's and need to be well for them and myself. I am 44 and want to live long enough to hopefully meet my future grandchildren. Update, I spent 2 months in the CUH and recieved appalling care, I've lost 39kg and need color rectal surgery with a stoma bag, I also have severe haematology issues, lump in my neck, breast and groin. I cannot eat and am wheelchair bound. My hemoglobin has dropped to dangerous levels and have internal bleeding. I need urgent care and my hospital stay cost my family €1500 excluding loss of earnings.
