On Saturday, July 18, Nancy was involved in a tragic motor vehicle accident. She was life-flighted to the Texas Medical Center, where she works, with injuries and burns. Her husband, Greg, a Welding Instructor, did not survive.
As she remains in the ICU, she is requiring skin grafting, pain management, physical and occupational therapy. She has a long recovery ahead of her and will need assistance with extended hospitalization, upcoming rehabilitation, any other medical expenses that arise.
We ask that you consider helping Nancy and her family ease the financial burden of the care that she will require as she begins her arduous task of recovering. She now has to raise their 3 boys without the love of her life as she learns to navigate this new life. Her family and friends appreciate your support and thank you in advance for your generous donations.
About Nancy:
She is an example of walking compassion and a dedicated advocate for her patients in a TMC Hospital. Her healing hands have touched to lives of many. She is a mentor among her peers, a leader, and one who truly loves her calling as a nurse. She is surrounded by a loving family and has 3 sons ages 16,10, and 9, who are her world. She is joyful, kind and friend to all. She is a fighter and we hope to see her recover soon!
