Evita, 23 years old was diagnosed with heart disease. Unfortunately heart disease runs in her family. We never imagined at her age that she would be in need of open heart surgery. 

She has been battling this disease and taking a numerous amount of medications for the last few years. 

Unfortunately she’s in Ecuador currently in the ICU fighting for her life. The Hospital in Ecuador doesn’t have the equipment for the open heart surgery she needs. 

Only a private clinic can provide the procedure and it will cost her $8,000 plus the stay while she is in recovery.
