We have been through a roller coaster of emotions these past weeks. Evie was recently scratched on her eye. When we took her to the vet to get a check-up and see how to proceed with the scratch, it seemed simple from there.

Within the next two days, our dear Evie’s eye had ruptured completely, meaning Evie has gone completely blind in her left eye and the white tissue from her inner eye is exposed. This can lead to an infection, which can kill Evie. We need to have her eye completely removed before any infections. During that check-up, we also learned Evie has a small heart murmur, so because of this, she must see a specialist before the surgery.

We are asking for help to pay for this surgery so our Evie girl can enjoy the rest of her life.
