Welcome to our fundraising page, raising funds for Evie Green, aged 3 who is now in urgent need of a heart transplant. Evie and her family are from Teesside, and she is Boro fan! UTB.

Evie has dilated cardiomyopathy, a rare condition that affects the ability of the heart to pump blood around the body. Unfortunately, on 10th March 2023 after getting a skin infection, Evie was moved into PICU to try and get the infection under control. However, Evie’s health gradually deteriorated and on 11th March, Evie had open heart surgery to have a Berlin Heart device fitted. During the operation, Evie’s heart stopped for 2mins but the fantastic team managed to bring her back. Evie is now officially on the heart transplant list and will not leave hospital until a heart is found.

We have set up this page to raise funds to support Evie and her family; whether that is to support with travel costs, medical costs, toys for Evie, childcare costs for her brother so her parents can always be by her side - anything that can help make this terrible time a little easier. ❤️
