Eviction Threatened due to Hacked Rent App

Hello everyone. This is the hardest thing I have ever had to do. I'm not one to reach out for help as I am usually helping others. Recently the app that I pay my rent on has been hacked on my phone unbeknownst to myself and my apartment management company. My rent payments that I have submitted for the last 3 months have not been posting to my account but to a different location. I am now 3000$ past due in rent. I finally got a paper notification from my rental company that rent is past due and needs to be paid immediately or I will be evicted. I have spoken extensively with my management company asking why notice wasn't sent sooner so I could try to rectify the situation and I was told they sent me notifications via the app portal for my management company. Since my app had been hacked I had not been receiving notices. They are working on investigating this but have notified me that until it's corrected I am still liable for rents supposedly due. I'm serious on the verge of breaking down and just giving up. In all my years I have never asked for help in this manner. I do not work regularly since I do catering and this season has been exceptionally slow. I'm asking my friends to please see it in your hearts to help me out. I am willing to repay you through catering services or what ever way I can. I'm not able to work at a regular job due to poor health status and standing in a hot restaurant kitchen for 12 hours a day is not feasible for me. I'm not one to ask for help but at this point in time I have no where else to turn. I'm thoroughly embarrassed and mortified that it has come to this point. I'm literally crying as I type this as this is that hardest thing I have ever had to deal with.

Life throws us curve balls and I'm trying to take them as they come but sometimes even the strongest people need help. I'm asking for that now. Please!
