Eviction removal before losing my job

Well I hate to be here, but when it rains it pours. Anyone who knows me knows I wouldn't ask for a dime unless my life depended on it & after recovering from layoffs post COVID; it might.

I have an eviction on my record from a predatory apartment that tacked on insane interest & fees after I couldn't pay my rent. After unemployment then drug their feet for months, it led to me getting evicted officially.

Admittedly, I was negligent with my financial decisions before & after the event, which is something I'm seeking financial counseling on.

Now I am being recalled to in-office at my job 2 hours away as I'm in the only apartment that would accept me & I've been denied for every single housing option under the sun.

I've arranged removal of the eviction with the creditor after payment in full, but 60 days is a very short timeline to put that together after a 2 year financial crisis. I'm underwater, overwhelmed, & need a little help.

They've said that the mandate allows for exactly 1 warning before termination, no exceptions, which is brutal, but in the current job market, I can't afford to argue.

The total cost of my eviction debt is $11,418 & I'm asking for donations to subsidize half of that. I do have a plan in place to be capable of paying all of this back, but just not in time to prevent further issues from snowballing.

Of course, my credit has tanked from this financial mistake, so getting any kind of loan has been impossible as well.

I've tried seeking roommates, private landlords, rooms for rent, extended stay hotels, etc. but I also have 2 cats which really limits already limited options.

I'd be immensely grateful for any help with this. I have no real support structure or options, & I barely made it out of my last layoff that caused this, so I absolutely can not lose my job.

Asking for donations is beyond my last resort. I truly have no outs here & thank you very much if you've read to this point.
