Evicted & Homeless with Covid

In the mist of our son being Covid positive and the both of us being in quarantine; we found ourselves dealing with being put on the streets! I filled out the online form for the CDC MEMORANDUM and we were granted a stay order by the judge, then to find out a week later that the landlord's attorney found a loophole in the memorandum. So, we ended up having to attend a hearing. While in attendance, we were advised that the owners amended their first eviction, stating that we nolonger were behind and didn't owe money anymore. Instead, our month to month lease had expired and they request that we give possession back.
The CDC MEMORANDUM doesn't accommodate patrons who are on an month to month lease that expired. I explained to the judge that our teenage son was insolated in his room with Covid and, I was having symptoms at the moment. But,he still granted them possession. I immediately called 211 and I was given a list of resources. So, I began calling each of them but, we were turned down by them all due to having a Covid positive family member.
I reached out to the health department and I was told that we couldn't be out in the general public and, she would attempt herself to reach out to the homeless coalition. But, in the meantime I needed to call back and ask for a supervisor or director. I left a number of messages and, emails explaining our situation.
Finally four days later I received a call from a Chris from the homeless coalition. He explained that they were going to put us up in a hotel in Ormond Beach for two weeks, I would be assigned to a caseworker. Well, it has been over three weeks and, I haven't been assigned and, we are still living in a hotel. I applied for our Florida and the ERA program for rental assistance but, I was told that they only provide funding for back rent not relocating.
We need help!!!! Where is the help?
All money raised will go towards relocating into a home. We didn't receive our taxes nor our third stimulus. We have never been homeless and this is hard to deal with. I've had multiple seizures behind all of the stress. The system has failed us! The funds should be for back rent and, relocating families.
