Evicted for prophit

Robbie is a friend of my family. He's had it rough for the past several years. Brain surgery, broke neck, can't hardly walk. Fixed income. Now he's being evicted so the landlord can remodel and triple the rent. Robbie has lived there for 17 years. Can't afford to move and has not a clue what to do. Without help for deposit and first months rent, utilities, etc, he will be homeless. Put out for a profit with no consideration that Robbie pretty much paid for the apt. Please help him out.
