My name is J.R. Three years ago, I was rear-ended at a stoplight, causing 3 herniated and bulging discs in my neck. I fought the idea of needing surgery up until now. I had to stop working and will most likely be out of work for nearly a year.

I have a daughter that just graduated from high school and another just 11 months into her life. I need help continuing to put a roof over their heads and food into their mouths.
