Hi my name is Krystle. I live in Croissant Park, In Fort Lauderdale FL. On Wednesday April 12th we had a storm come through that caused catastrophic flooding. We lost nearly everything. Most is replaceable. However because of the fact there was nearly a foot of water in my home we need to move. We rent and my landlords insurance company will not pay for repairs if tenants are in residence. It is my disabled very limited mobility step father, my brother, two senior dogs and myself. My brother and I work. However we live paycheck to paycheck. We have to move asap and we just need help. Anything helps at this point. Any finds we receive will be used to move. Please share. *Update: Thank you everyone who has donated and shared. My family and I appreciate it. We’re continuing to go through things that were destroyed and throwing them out as the water from the flood was contaminated with sewage. We are holding out hope that we will reach our goal and be able to move.
