FAITH BEING TESTED...

Last night our Feed, tack and equipment building went up in flames. Almost everything I own from a 50 year horse career and life in general was in there.

It was a four car garage, one side was my feed, Hay, tack room (feed, hay, saddles, bridles, meds, blankets, sheets, masks , halters, lead ropes, buckets etc..) the other lawn mowers, compressors, weed eaters, tools etc..

It is all gone...

As I sit here remembering things the list of losses is immense, devastating at the least. We were able to move Lorenzo's new pony quickly at of danger as his paddock was to the side of this building and no humans or animals were hurt or lost, thankfully.. it will take a very long time to figure it all out and the first step is getting new feed, Hay, barrels, buckets, and necessities for my amazing horses..

If anyone of my friends has anything they can spare horse related, please reach out, I will be very grateful. I think the breadth of this is just hitting me this morning as this all happened at 2 am this morning. I am thankful for once for my insomnia and that we were able to get the pony to safety quickly.. the rest is just stuff..

We will need help for a bit, she lost 2 lawn mowers, a couple weedeaters, all sorts of tools, fencing and maintenance (hammers, cutters, pliers, etc.)

We will need to replace a lot of that, as well as fencing around the barn.

This was a block 4 car garage that was converted to a feed/tack room and shop that stored all the tools and mowers.
