Fund for Jake Helms

Amidst everything else going on right now, Big Jake, is going through a exceptionally difficult time. He is facing some significant health issues and medical bills are quickly adding up from the lengthy hospital stays and numerous operations. Hopefully we can make things a little easier for him.  All funds will be used to help Jake with medical bills and whatever else he and his family needs during this challenging time.
