Support Abdallah Motan Continue His Passion

I’m Abdallah Motan, a Palestinian but at the moment I live in Italy. Since 2012, I have been working as a director and filmmaker. I have many local and international works, both film and series. Around two weeks ago I lost my equipment and it was my only way to  make a living and the reason that kept me going in my journey as a filmmaker. For that I’m asking for your help, because since I started making films I have made a promise to serve my community and everyone around me by helping in any way possible. I have worked on many films that deliver a message for humanitarian and social causes. I have also worked with many youth on these projects, I have trained those youth throughout my experience in filmmaking. After I lost my equipment, I have been thinking about how I can continue achieving my dreams and passion that I have started long ago. That’s why I need your support. 

I am thankful for every person that helps in sharing my story, who will support my passion, and who will read this message to know my story. I am also very lucky to be surrounded by people who still believe that supporting me is a way to help the youth I meet, whether they are from my country Palestine or any other place I visit around the world.

The equipment that I aspire to have surely aren’t the same ones that I lost. I hope to be able to get more developed equipment. Please find the list of equipment below.

Sono Abdallah Motan, palestinese ma al momento vivo in Italia. Dal 2012 lavoro come regista e produttore cinematografico. Ho realizzato molte opere locali e internazionali, sia film che serie TV. Circa due settimane fa ho perso la mia attrezzatura, il mio unico modo di guadagnarmi da vivere ed anche il motivo che mi ha fatto andare avanti nel mio viaggio come regista. Per questo chiedo il tuo aiuto, perché da quando ho iniziato a fare film ho promesso di servire la mia comunità e tutti coloro che mi circondano aiutandoli in ogni modo possibile. Ho lavorato a molti film che hanno come fine quello di trasmettere un messaggio riguardantj cause umanitarie e sociali. Ho anche lavorato con molti giovani in questi progetti, ho formato quei giovani durante tutta la mia esperienza nel cinema. Dopo aver perso la mia attrezzatura, ho pensato a come continuare a realizzare i miei sogni e la mia passione che ho iniziato molto tempo fa. Ecco perché ho bisogno del tuo supporto.

Sono grato per ogni persona che mi aiuta a condividere la mia storia, che sosterrà la mia passione e che leggerà questo messaggio per conoscere la mia storia. Sono anche molto fortunato ad essere circondato da persone che credono ancora che supportarmi sia un modo per aiutare i giovani che incontro, che provengano dalla mia Palestina, o da qualsiasi altro posto nel mondo che ho visitato.

L'attrezzatura a cui aspiro sicuramente non è la stessa che ho perso. Spero di essere in grado di ottenere attrezzature più sviluppate.Troverai la lista dell'equipaggio in basso.

أنا عبد الله معطان فلسطيني مقيم في إيطاليا اعمل صانع افلام ومخرج منذ عام ٢٠١٢ ولدي العديد من الأعمال المحلية والعربية والعالمية.

قبل حوالي اسبوعين اثناء التصوير فقدت معدات التصوير الخاصة التي كانت وسيلة لمعرفتي بأشخاص جدد في حياتي ومصدر رئيسي لكسب المال الذي به استمر في تطلعي نحو المزيد ولذلك اطلب المساعدة الان، منذ أن بدأت في العمل على صناعة الأفلام قد اخذت عهد على نفسي أن أخدم مجتمعي وكل من حولي في تقديم المساعدة بأي شيء استطيع فيه فقد عملت على عدة افلام تنقل الرسالة والاحداث الانسانية والتي عمل معي فيها الكثير من الشباب والشابات الخريجين وقمت بتدريبهم من خلال خبراتي السابقة في مجال صناعة الأفلام التي قمت بالعمل فيها لكن بعد ان فقدت المعدات منذ حوالي اسبوعين قمت بالتفكير بكيفية استرجاع المعدات الخاصة بي لاستكمال الشغف والحلم الذي بدأته منذ زمن.

وفي هذا الوقت الصعب الذي نمر به جميعاً اثق دائماً ان الاشخاص الحالمين موجودين بكل مكان الذين ينظرون الى الشغف أنه مصدر لاستكمال الحلم.

بهذا المساعدة التي سوف احصل عليها سوف اكون ممتن لكل شخص ساهم في نشر قصتي ولكل شخص دعم شغفي ولكل شخص وصل إلى هنا بالقراءة لمعرفة قصتي وسأكون محظوظاً بانني محاط بأشخاص ما زالوا يؤمنون بأن دعم قصتي هي استكمال للعمل على استثمار الشباب الخريجين بكل المناطق التي اتواجد فيها سواء في بلدي فلسطين او في اي مكان في هذا العالم الصغير. 

المعدات التي اتطلع الى الحصول عليها بالتأكيد ليست نفس المعدات التي خسرتها انما اشياء اكثر تطوراً. للاطلاع على قائمة المعدات التي ارغب بشرائها.

Je m'appelle Abdallah Motan, je suis Palestinien mais j'habite actuellement en Italie. Depuis 2012, je travaille en tant que réalisateur et j'ai ainsi tourné de nombreux films et séries, en Palestine comme à l'international. Il y a deux semaines j'ai perdu tous mon matériel cinématographique.

C'était mon unique moyen de vivre, ainsi que ma motivation pour progresser en tant que réalisateur.
C'est pour cela que je viens vers vous pour vous demander votre aide : depuis que j'ai commencé comme vidéaste, j'ai promis d'aider ma communauté, et tous ceux autour de moi, de toutes les façons possibles. J'ai travaillé pour de nombreux films délivrant un message humanitaire, portés par des luttes sociales. Sur ces projets, j'ai aussi travaillé avec de nombreux jeunes que j'ai pu accompagner grâce à ma propre expérience. Après avoir perdu tout mon matériel, j'ai réfléchi : comment pourrais-je réaliser mes rêves ? Continuer ma passion commencée il y a si longtemps ? C'est pour cela que, aujourd'hui, j'ai besoin de votre soutien. Je remercie chaque personne qui m'aide en partageant mon histoire, en soutenant ma passion et tous ceux qui liront ce message pour connaître mon histoire.

J'ai l'immense chance d'être entouré par des gens qui croient en moi, convaincus que je saurai aider tous les jeunes que je rencontrerai dans le futur, qu'ils soient de mon pays, la Palestine, ou d'un tout autre endroit du monde.
