Everyone Deserves Some Help

In connection with KIND, our firm, Lowenstein Sandler, provides legal services to an 11-year-old client. This brave little girl recently fled a Central American country as a result of gang violence.  After many years of being apart, she was finally reunited with her mother and siblings.  She is currently attending elementary school and has been flourishing under the love and care of her mother.

Unfortunately, in addition to all of the trials and tribulations that she has already endured, on Sunday, November 8, 2020, she lost her brother due to COVID/pneumonia. Her mother is struggling with funeral expenses and household expenses despite working over 12 hours a day, 7 days a week. While extremely hard working, her mother struggles with finances because of her immigration status, her lack of fluency in English, and her inability to read and write in any language.

Outside of my representation through the firm, I am writing to ask for your support in raising at least $5,000 to assist this family during these extremely challenging times.
