Every Step for Newlife

I’m running the Paddock Wood Half Marathon on 8th March 2026 to raise money for Newlife, the charity for disabled children.
This cause is very close to my heart. My dad was disabled, and as a family, we understand how challenging everyday life can be when living with a disability. When he passed away in 2019, we chose to support Newlife in his memory — asking for donations to the charity instead of flowers. It felt right to give back to a cause that helps others facing similar struggles.
Newlife provides vital specialist equipment, emergency equipment loans, and a nurse helpline for disabled and terminally ill children and their families across the UK. Their work offers both immediate crisis support and long-term grants that improve quality of life, promote independence, and bring comfort and dignity to families when they need it most.
Every step I take in this marathon is for the children and families who face challenges far greater than a finish line.
Please consider donating to this amazing charity and helping to make a real difference in the lives of children and families who need it most.
Thank you for your support — it truly means the world.
